Get one Asset

Fetches one Asset with its Registrations and a short-lived presigned previewUrl for the stored bytes. An Asset belonging to another organization is reported as missing, so the surface cannot be used to discover that an id is real.

This is also how a Registration is polled: status and providerIdentifier on each Registration settle here, and there is no separate status resource.
